Refund & cancellation policy

What you can get back, and how, if your plans change.

BGV checks

Before checks start: Full refund if SpringVerify hasn't started or charged for your case yet. We confirm this with SpringVerify before approving your refund. Checks start once you upload your documents to SpringVerify.
After checks have started: No refund once checks have started, because the verification cost has already been incurred. This includes after your report is delivered.

1:1 consultations

Reschedule or cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your call.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the call, or missed calls, are not refundable.
If we need to cancel or can't join, you choose a new slot or a full refund.

Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged twice, or charged for a payment that failed, the extra amount is refunded in full.

How to request

Email contact@meetverify.net from the address you paid with, including your case reference or booking time. We reply within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.
