My eligibility for rehire in my previous organisations. Will that covered in employment verification?

Yes it will be covered. The Process will be exactly same like normal BGV. The only difference will be that the Report will be shared with you that gets usually shared with the hiring company

Will my previous employers be able to figure out that I'm the one who requested this background verification? Is my information kept confidential?

No, they will not come to know as it will be done by a Reputed already established BGV Company. And Yes all the data and information is completely confidential.
