SpringVerify is the background verification agency that runs your checks. After you pay, they email you within 24 hours of payment with a secure link to upload your documents. Check spam or promotions if you don't see it, and contact us if it hasn't arrived.

A missing relieving letter is one of the most common flags. MeetVerify shows you acceptable alternatives and how to request or reconstruct proof of employment.

SpringVerify emails you within 24 hours of payment. Your report then arrives within the timeline shown for your plan on the pricing page, counted from when you upload your documents. Plans that contact past employers take longer because they depend on employer replies.

Your report shows what SpringVerify finds for the checks you select, on the day they run them. It is not a copy of a future employer's BGV. It covers only the checks you select and the records SpringVerify can access. It cannot reveal private comments a former manager may share with a future employer outside a formal reference check. It cannot guarantee that a future employer's BGV, run by a different agency, will give exactly the same result.

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted. We share your details only with SpringVerify for the checks you authorise — never with employers, and we never sell it. Documents are kept for 1 year and you can ask us to delete them sooner.

Yes, before your checks start. Full refund if SpringVerify hasn't started or charged for your case yet. Checks start once you upload your documents to SpringVerify. No refund once checks have started, because the verification cost has already been incurred. See our refund policy for the details.
