MeetVerify — Connect. Verify. Trust.
How it works

Verify yourself the way an employer's BGV agency would

Five clear steps take you from raw documents to a report that proves you're ready — with expert guidance for anything that needs fixing.

  1. Step 1

    Fill basic details

Securely add your personal & professional details. Everything is encrypted at rest and never shared without your explicit consent.

  2. Step 2

    Select checks & pay

Select the checks you want to run and pay for them. We will run the checks and you will get the report.

  3. Step 3

    Upload documents

You receive an email from our partnered agency to upload the documents, specified per the checks you selected. We will verify them and you will get the report.

  4. Step 4

    Get your report

You receive the report by email. You can download it and discuss with me to resolve any flagged issues.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What is background verification (BGV)?

BGV is the process employers use to confirm your employment history, education, identity and address before finalising a hire. MeetVerify lets you run the same checks on yourself first.

What documents will I need?

Typically your relieving letters, payslips, UAN/EPFO passbook, degree certificates, and identity documents like PAN and Aadhaar. You can add them gradually — we support save-and-resume.

How is my BGV done?

We evaluate consistency and completeness across five categories — employment, education, identity, address and references — that verification agencies rely on most.

What if I'm missing a relieving letter?

A missing relieving letter is one of the most common flags. MeetVerify shows you acceptable alternatives and how to request or reconstruct proof of employment.

How long does it take?

Full verification (Career Trust Verified™) timelines depend on the checks required and are shown up front.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Documents are encrypted at rest, access is tightly controlled, and nothing is shared without your explicit consent.
