MeetVerify ("we", "us") provides background verification readiness tools and career consultations. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

Account details (email, name) when you register via magic link or Google.
Profile and BGV intake data you submit (employment, education, identity documents you upload).
Booking details for consultations (name, email, slot, payment reference).
Usage and device data via analytics tools if you accept cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use it

To deliver BGV checks, reports, bookings, and downloadable guides.
To process payments securely via Razorpay.
To email transactional messages (confirmations, reports, downloads).
To understand product usage and improve MeetVerify (only with analytics consent).

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with processors who help us operate the service (e.g. Supabase for hosting/auth, Razorpay for payments, SendGrid for email, Google for calendar/Meet links, and — if you consent — Google Analytics and PostHog for analytics). Documents are not shared with employers without your explicit action.

Retention & security

We retain account and order data as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Documents and reports are stored with access controls; we use encryption in transit and at rest where provided by our infrastructure partners.

Your choices
